Shipping policy

Local Pick-Up:  Free in-store pick-up is available Tuesday-Friday 10 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 11 am - 3 pm. If you prefer to meet us curbside please call or text the posted number upon arrival.

We ship from La Vernia, TX to all locations within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is occasionally offered and typically displayed within the website heading banner. 

We typically ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) but please allow up to 3-5 days on orders containing items receiving added embroidery personalization. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has been packaged and shipped out. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address we will reach out for correction.  

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sweetsouthernsoullv.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
